職務詳細

中堅企業に対して事業再生・バリューアップ業務を提供しています。

経営管理基盤構築及びバリューアップ案件が全体の7割ほどを占めており、企業の成長を支えるというやりがいを感じることができます。

①経営管理基盤構築

・中期経営計画策定支援

・経営指標の整備。モニタリング体制の構築支援

・シナリオプランニング

・グループ内祖式再編(ホールディングス化支援等)

⓶バリューアップ

・デジタル活用、DXを軸としたオペレーション改革

具体的事例:中計達成に関連して業務処理量が増加するという課題に対して

基幹システム刷新プロジェクトを立ち上げ実行まで支援。

・事業ポートフォリオの再定義支援(強化、縮小、撤退)

・営業、マーケティング改革支援(プロセス管理の構築他)

・サプライチェーン構造改革、製造、物流改革、在庫管理支援(コスト削減等)

③リストラクチャリング

・財務・事業の実態調査(財務DDや事業DD)

・事業再生計画策定支援

・金融機関調整、モニタリング報告支援

【必須要件】

  • 以下いずれかに該当する方

・アドバイザリーファーム、PEファンド、銀行・証券会社等において、再生関連業務(コンサルティング、投融資等)、M&A関連業務、ファイナンス業務、調査・審査業務のいずれかのご経験

・戦略コンサルティングでのご経験(戦略、チェンジマネジメント、オペレーション効率化、PMI)

・事業会社での経営管理や財務、会計のご経験
