自動車業界コンサルタント【IMA-Auto】

職務内容 Roles and Responsibilities 自動車業界を中心とするクライアントへのコンサルティングサービスの提案とサービス提供に特化したコンサルタントとして活躍して頂きます。

【担当業務】

・業界知識、業務知識、プロジェクト経験、およびクライアントとのリレーションシップを基盤に、PwCのグローバルネットワークと連携して、戦略策定、改革施策のリードから定着化までの多様なソリューションの提供によってクライアントが抱えるさまざまな経営課題の解決に貢献します。

・自動車業界で新たに求められる、ソフトウェア開発(SDV対応)、新しい開発手法、異業種との連携など、関連する知見を生かして自動車業界の新しいビジネスモデルの構築を支援します。

【担当業界】

国内外の自動車関連全般(自動車OEM、自動車部品、タイヤメーカー、その他関連企業、自動車ファイナンス)

【担当領域】

戦略策定から改革施策の実行、定着化までをグローバル規模で支援します。

【ご支援例】

戦略策定

・新規ビジネスモデル(電動化、MaaS、自動運転、リカーリングビジネス等)、モビリティサービス事業、EV関連サービス事業

・SDV(次世代自動車)に関連した戦略策定、開発プロセス改革、車載ソフトウェア開発支援 等

【人員構成】

対象業界での経験が求められるため、当該業界での実務経験者、およびコンサルタントとして当該業界へのサービス提供を経験した要員が多く所属しています。

登録資格 Qualification

下記要件のいずれかを備えておられる方の応募をお待ちしております。

①自動車OEM/部品メーカーに関する下記のコンサルティングまたはシステム構築等の経験・知見・知識を保有している方

SDV戦略立案、電動化戦略立案、車載ソフトウェア開発、モビリティサービス開発、自動運転の開発等
HEV、EV、BEV、FCVの車開発
車開発のバリューチェーンにおける業務 (バリューチェーンにおける全機能対象)

例)経営・事業企画、調達、物流、設計・開発、生技、生産計画・管理・実行(MES)、原価企画・管理、販売、アフターサービス

サステナビリティ、LCA(Life Cycle Assessment)等、環境対応に関する戦略立案
品質保証・品質管理業務
新興国での生産・販売拠点立上げ
ERP等の導入、EPM導入、CRM導入(Dynamics、Salesforce、Oracle)、PLM・ALM導入・構築、モバイル、ビッグデータ分析、クラウドなどを活用したIT企画立案業務のご経験
自動車金融(販売金融)関連のご経験、コンサルティング経験
タイヤメーカー関連のご経験、コンサルティング経験
自動車業界向けSAPソリューション(IS-AUTO、VMS、Dealer Portal等)に関する知見・ご経験 等

②事業会社(主に自動車OEM/部品メーカー)において上記業務の経験・知見・知識を保有している方

③下記のプロジェクト管理経験・知見・知識を保有している方

大規模システム導入プロジェクトのPMO
グローバルプロジェクト(市場調査、システム導入、業務改善など)
モバイル、ビッグデータ分析、クラウドなどを活用したIT企画立案業務

【望ましいスキル、経験、資格】

・製造業のクライアントにおいて、クライアント責任者から信任を受け、プロジェクトマネジャーとしてプロジェクト提案/デリバリーを行った経験

・製造業クライアントのアカウントマネジャーとして、クライアントのマネジメントレベルとの強いリレーションシップを築いた経験

・論理的思考能力、自分の考えを伝えるコミュニケーション能力、会議のファシリテーション能力

・ビジネスレベルの英語力

・海外赴任経験

・MBA
