リアルタイムで送られる電力使用量などの膨大なデータ処理や業務を支える各種システムの運用を通じて、
お客様の事業や暮らしを支える、盤石なIT基盤を築くことが私たちの使命です。
主な業務内容と役割
ITサービスマネジメント責任者として下記の業務をお任せします。
①ITサービスマネジメントプロセスの設計、構築、改善
②運用チームのマネジメントとメンバー育成
③ベンダーコントロールと外部パートナーとの連携
入社後の流れ
入社後3ヶ月間は、実際の運用業務を経験していただき、現行のプロセスやサービスの状況を理解いただきます。
その後、発見した課題や改善点を基に、チームと連携して具体的な改善活動を主導していただきます。
既存のルールを管理するだけでなく、より良いルールや仕組みを自ら作り上げ「変革を主導する」管理職として活躍してくれることを期待しています。

【求める人材】
【必須】
①下記ア.イいずれかの経験3年以上
ア.ITサービスマネジメントの実務経験
イ.システム運用チームのリーダー経験
②システム開発の経験(言語不問)
・ 運用上の課題を解決するためのスクリプト作成や、データ処理のための簡単なツール開発経験など
・ Webシステムのスクラッチ開発経験があれば尚可
③「当たり前を変革する」というチャレンジ精神に共感できる方
・業務品質の向上に向け、主体的な改善活動に期待をしています。
【給与】
年収761~1058万円,※職務経験を考慮のうえ決定いたします。
