仕事内容:
正社員として福岡県北九州市八幡西区の「八幡厚生病院」にて、院内保育士業務を担当していただきます。月給は188,000円から208,000円で、経験や実績を考慮して決定いたします。
定員約15名の院内保育所にて、1歳から未就学児までのお子様をお預かりします。主な業務は食事の介助、レクリエーションの企画・実施、お昼寝の見守りなど、子どもたちが安心して過ごせる環境づくりです。2020年に改築されたばかりの清潔感あふれる空間で、子どもたち一人ひとりの成長を間近で見守ることができます。

実働7時間15分で無理なく勤務
1日の勤務時間は7時間15分と、一般的な保育園より短めに設定されています。4つのシフトパターンで生活リズムを整えやすく、体力的な負担も抑えられます。
入職後すぐに有給休暇を付与
4〜9月に入職された場合、入職当日から10日の有給が付与されます。有休消化率も80%以上と高く、お休みをしっかり取ってリフレッシュできる職場です。
