耐震補強の提案営業(社会インフラを守る仕事)

仕事内容:

工場・商業ビル・マンションなど、大規模建物の耐震診断や補強工事を提案する提案営業です。

建物の長寿命化・地震対策など、社会に欠かせないインフラに関わる専門性の高い仕事。

既存のお客様が中心で、関係構築&課題解決にじっくり向き合える環境です。

【具体的には】

・建物オーナーや管理会社へ、耐震診断・補強工事のご提案

・建物調査の段取り、進行管理

・現場担当者(工事部)との情報共有

・協力会社との打ち合わせ/見積内容の精査

・お客様への報告・改善策のプレゼン

※まずは現場研修(1年)を通じて、耐震補強の流れを理解していただきます。

知識ゼロから"建物の安全を守るプロ"へ育てます。

技術と営業両方の視点が身につくため、キャリアの幅も広がるポジションです。

※現場を知るため、入社後1年は工事部門での研修を実施します

※社用車での営業活動です

耐震工事に関する知識は入社後、

一からていねいに指導します。

◎コミュニケーションは大切ですが、

そもそもモノを売る営業ではないので、

口の上手さやセールストークは

必要ありません。

「人柄」が、信頼されるポイントですよ。

勤務時間:8:30~17:30(休憩1時間)
