・店舗からくる物品の購入依頼対応
・各レンタルリース業者とのやり取り
・会社からの貸与物の送付業務
・より安いレンタル会社への切り替えの情報収集と提案
【秘書業務】主に社長からの要望対応
・依頼された業者へ問い合わせして資料収集
・社長/幹部メンバーの会議スケジュールの調整
・会議室の予約
求める人材:
総務・秘書・営業事務のいずれかの経験が1年以上ある方
社長から直接指示が来ることが多いポジションです。
