ANAおよびその他パートナーとの関係構築・維持を通じ、価値を実証し、共有するパートナーシップ目標における連携を創出する。
IHGおよびパートナー企業における新規顧客獲得、会員エンゲージメント、生涯価値向上を推進する独自かつ差別化された戦略を立案する。
策定した戦略に沿った製品・マーケティング施策の定義、確立、実行に対する主導権と責任を担う。
商業、マーケティング、オペレーション、ロイヤルティ部門の内部ステークホルダーと緊密に連携し、パートナーシップ施策を遂行する。
新たな成長機会および新規パートナーシップ機会の特定に積極的に関与する。
予算目標の設定、実績報告、パートナー関連請求・照合業務全般の管理においてチームを支援する。
学歴:
関連分野の学士号または修士号、もしくは同等の教育と経験の組み合わせ
経験:
航空、旅行、ホスピタリティ業界における商業またはロイヤルティ関連の職務で、10年以上のパートナーシップ管理経験。
パートナーシップ施策の設計経験、およびステークホルダーと連携したエンドツーエンドソリューションの立ち上げを通じたロイヤルティ指標の向上実績

Role Purpose
The Director of Partnerships Japan and Micronesia is responsible for the leadership and development of partnerships in Japan and Micronesia to increase revenue and loyalty contribution. The Director of Partnerships J&M proactively seeks ways to engage and influence key partner and internal stakeholders to deliver end to end initiatives that hit our commercial and loyalty targets, working collaboratively with loyalty, commercial, operational and marketing colleagues across the region.
Key Accountabilities
- Develop and maintain strong partner relationships with ANA and other partners to demonstrate value and create alignment across shared partnership objectives.
- Create unique and differentiated strategies to drive acquisition, member engagement and lifetime value to IHG and partner.
- Take ownership and responsibility for defining, establishing, and delivering product and marketing initiatives aligned to strategies developed.
- Work closely with internal stakeholders in Commercial, Marketing, Operations, and Loyalty to deliver partnership initiatives
- Play an active role in identifying new growth opportunities and with new partnership opportunities.
- Support the team with setting budget targets, report on performance and manage all billing and reconciliation of partner
Education
- Bachelors or Master's degree in relevant discipline or an equivalent combination of education and experience
Experience
- 10+ years direct partnership management experience in a commercial or loyalty role within aviation, travel or hospitality.
- Experience in designing partnership initiatives and working with stakeholders in launching end to end solutions to drive loyalty metrics
