【業務内容】

これまでは中国からの出向者がお取引先様との打ち合わせに同行していたが、日本支社にも技術担当を置くことが決定し募集します。

  • 中国本社と製品に関してのすり合わせ、会議
  • お客様側の要望を中国本社に連携する
  • お客様先への技術説明(製品説明、材料説明、工程説明等)

  • 製造拠点(海外)への出張の可能性があります

中国本社の技術担当とやりとりをしながら業務にあたっていただきます。

  • 入社後の流れ:

中国本社からの指示を受けながら、業務にキャッチアップしていただきます。電話やオンライン会議を中心にやりとりしていきます。

【給与】

予定年収:640万円~800万円(月給制)

月額:400,000円~500,000円

※賃金はあくまでも目安の金額であり、選考を通じて上下する可能性があります。

※月給(月額)は固定手当を含めた表記です。

  • 残業手当:125%増
  • 深夜残業:150%増
  • 昇給:年1回
  • 賞与:年2回(昨年度実績:計4.2ヶ月分+α)

【就業時間】

フレックスタイム制(コアタイム:10:00~15:00)

  • フレキシブルタイム:6:00~10:00、15:00~19:00
  • 標準的な勤務時間帯:8:30~17:30(休憩時間60分、12:00~13:00)
  • 時間外労働有無:有(月平均20時間程度)
