2024年当社代表が変わり、今後の事業計画や戦略に伴い、人事部の業務量が増加しています。

人事部の専任サポートとして加わっていただき、会社の組織運営に大きく寄与いただきたいと考えています。

派遣社員もしくは紹介予定派遣希望の方を新たに募集いたします。

役割と期待内容


人事部にて、制度設計・採用育成・給与労務・その他イベント関連など、

チームメンバーと協力しながら、以下の業務をご担当いただきます。

【業務内容(想定)】

・入退社手続き、社員情報管理

・勤怠管理・給与計算補助

・社会保険・労働保険の手続き補助(外部社労士との連携含む)

・採用オペレーション(候補者連絡、面接調整、書類管理)

・派遣会社、求人媒体とのやり取り

・人事システム(HRMOS など)の入力・更新

・社内問い合わせ対応(各種労務・制度・手続きまわり)

・人事書類の作成・管理

・人事関連に関する電話一次対応

その他、人事部の事務サポート全般

応募資格 (必須)


・事務経験(人事・労務・総務などの管理部門経験があると尚可)

・基本的なPCスキル(Word/Excel:VLOOKUP・SUMIF・フィルター等)

・社内外とのメール・電話対応ができるコミュニケーション能力

・正確性を求められる事務作業への抵抗がない方

個人情報を扱うため、守秘義務・コンプライアンスを理解して動けること

・勤怠システム/人事管理システムの使用経験

・社会保険や給与計算の基礎知識

・人材紹介会社・派遣会社との折衝経験

・業務改善・フロー整備の経験

単月~3ヶ月の範囲内で都度更新
※雰囲気に慣れていただくため、入場から約3ヶ月間は単月毎での延長となる可能性あり

給与

時給

2,200円 〜 3,000円

  • 最寄り駅
    千代田線「赤坂駅」 徒歩5分
    銀座線、丸ノ内線「赤坂見附駅」 徒歩10分

勤務時間

・10:00~18:30(休憩1時間含む)
・9:00~17:30(休憩1時間含む)
人事部は10:00~始業開始となりますが、ご希望によって9:00~も選択可能です。
※勤務開始時間は9時までの間で相談可
※将来的に部署、所属によって勤務時間が変動する可能性あり
