This Partner Sales Manager role is responsible for developing and scaling our strategic partner relationships with Global System Integrators, Resellers, Value Added Resellers, Delivery Partners and Alliance Partners.

This person will assist in building out new partner recruitment strategies, programs and the supporting infrastructure along with coordinate cross-functional resources to ensure alignment of partner activities with the strategies that exist within NiCE Actimize channel organization.

To thrive in this role, this individual must be able to establish deep relationships with resources both internally and within the partner.

The ideal candidate must feel comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with limited structure.

How will you make an impact?


Major Functions and Core Responsibilities:
Build and manage strategic relationships across the NiCE Actimize partner ecosystem to drive revenue growth, innovation, and market expansion.
Develop and execute joint business opportunities and partner development programs to support ecosystem growth.

Create and manage joint go-to-market (GTM) business plans with partners, establishing quarterly and annual objectives around territory expansion, new logo acquisition, joint campaigns, and partner enablement—ensuring strong alignment with Actimize Account Executives.

Collaborate closely with Partner and Alliance Leaders to support and advance key partnership initiatives.
Foster strong, ongoing relationships with partner executives, sales leaders, and client teams to ensure mutual success.
Lead partner enablement efforts, ensuring alignment on NiCE Actimize's products, services, and GTM strategy.
Serve as a trusted partner to Actimize sales teams, articulating partner value and driving joint sales execution.
Scale partner-led sales activities, including pipeline development, forecasting, and opportunity management.
Provide strategic sales overlay support in joint pursuits with partners.
Engage directly with partners to identify use cases, quantify business value, and support opportunity development for key opportunities.
Identify and qualify pipeline opportunities for AWS Marketplace; manage forecasting and lifecycle tracking for Marketplace-eligible deals.
Partner with Customer Success Managers to resolve partner-related issues and escalations, ensuring seamless coordination and timely resolution.

Business Growth and Operational Efficiency


Streamline and optimize partner sales processes by aligning cross-functionally with marketing, sales engineering, and legal to reduce delays and improve cost efficiency.

Establish a framework to measure partner sales productivity, enabling data-driven decisions around resource planning, hiring, and budgeting.

Act as a strategic advisor by understanding the full sales lifecycle and providing insights to improve win rates, sales productivity, and partner profitability.

Own and manage the partner pipeline within your territory, ensuring timely progression of opportunities in coordination with NiCE Actimize field sales teams.

Collaborate with partners and field sales to provide accurate forecasts and drive partner-led deal closure aligned with quarterly targets.
Identify and remove blockers in partner-led resell and delivery motions, developing effective close plans in partnership with Actimize field sales account executives

Co-develop joint go-to-market (GTM) plans with partners that reflect strategic business objectives and regional priorities, with clearly defined quarterly and semi-annual deliverables.

Act as an internal champion for partners, ensuring field sales teams are aligned with the partner's value proposition, delivery capabilities, and regional coverage to support successful co-sell motions.

Have you got what it takes?

10+ years of technology sales experience
5+ Years working with partner channel sales
2+ years sales experience with AWS Services and Marketplace
Comfortable with sales process including forecasting and working through deal negotiations
Proven success in executing large, complex deals led by Partners in collaboration with Actimize field Sales teams
Understanding of fundamental financial modeling for deal development and negotiation
A. / B.S. from an accredited college; preference for Program and Project Management,
Travel up to 30% of the time

You will have an advantage if you also have:

Graduate degree
AWS Sales or Technical Certification
Sales experience selling through AWS Marketplace
Channel experience with a Software SaaS provider in a Partner Sales or Development Role
Comfortable presenting on stage and to executive leadership teams
