We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Inventory Control Staff & Office Administrator to support our daily office operations in Japan. The ideal candidate will be responsible for accurate data management while also handling general administrative tasks to ensure smooth office functioning. This role is perfect for someone who is organized, proactive, and comfortable working in a multicultural environment.
Key Responsibilities
Data Entry & Records Management
- Enter, update, and maintain accurate data in company systems and databases.
- Verify data for accuracy and completeness.
- Organize digital and physical records and ensure proper filing.
- Generate basic reports and summaries as required.
Office Administration
- Manage day-to-day administrative tasks and office coordination.
- Handle emails, calls, and general correspondence.
- Schedule meetings and manage calendars.
- Maintain office supplies and coordinate with vendors.
- Assist in basic HR tasks such as attendance and documentation.
- Support management with documents, letters, and reports.
Requirements & Skills
- High school diploma or Bachelor's degree (preferred).
- Proven experience in data entry, office administration, or similar roles.
- Fast and accurate typing skills with attention to detail.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office / Google Workspace.
- Good communication skills in English (Japanese is a plus).
- Ability to multitask and work independently.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
