【業務詳細】

・プロダクトの信頼性を技術的側面から担保し、安定したサービス提供を実現する

・可用性、レイテンシー、パフォーマンス、および容量に焦点を当てることにより、LegalOn Technologies のサービスの高い信頼性を確保する

・LegalOn Technologies のサービスの迅速なソフトウェア開発と円滑な運用をサポートするため、低レイテンシー、コスト効率、柔軟性に優れたインフラを提供する

【具体的な仕事内容】

具体的には以下のような業務を担当していただく想定です。

・システムの運用、監視、管理を自動化するためのツールやプロセスの構築と保守

・アラートシステムやモニタリングシステムの設計と実装

・トイルを減らすためのスクリプトの作成と自動化の構築

・開発チームと連携し、パフォーマンスボトルネックの特定と対処、システムアーキテクチャの最適化

・システムの信頼性と拡張性を向上させるためのソリューションの設計と実装

■また、以下のチームと協力します

・カスタマー向けの製品開発を担当する LegalForce、LegalForceキャビネ、および Global (US) 等の製品開発チーム。

・製品内部で利用される自然言語処理、全文検索、レビュー等の内部向けサービス開発チーム

・社内で利用される機械学習、アノテーション機能を担当する研究開発チーム

【求める人材】

■求めるスキル・経験【必須】

<経験>

3 年以上のソフトウェアエンジニアまたは SRE としての経験
Webアプリケーションまたはライブラリの開発経験
パブリッククラウドサービス(AWS、GCP、Azure のいずれか)をIaCツール(Terraform、CloudFormation、Ansibleなど)を用いて管理した経験
コンテナオーケストレーション(Kubernetes、AWS ECSなど)の管理または開発経験
1 年以上のSaaS運用経験
日本語コミュニケーション能力(JLPT N1または同等の経験)
