<業務詳細>

SREチームは「サイトの信頼性」と「開発組織の生産性」をテーマに活動し、スケーラビリティ実現のため属人性の排除と自立的運用可能なツールの提供を行います。

■信頼性の向上:ユーザーと開発者を意識し、信頼性のあるシステムを開発・改善します。さらなるビジネス成長と今後のスケーラビリティに耐えうる基盤作り、システムの安定性・信頼性向上に重点的に取り組みます。

■生産性の向上:4key metricsに基づき、CI/CD改善やツール提供を通じてハイパフォーマーな開発組織を目指します。開発組織の拡大に伴い、全体の生産性向上に取り組みます。

入社後は、新規プロダクト立ち上げ環境構築、アプリケーション・ミドルウェア運用、クラウド環境構築・運用、自動化ツール開発・運用、モニタリング環境構築・運用、SREプラクティス実践ツールの作成、SRE文化の展開などを担当します。

<技術課題>

■開発組織の生産性向上:4 key metricsのハイパフォーマー基準実現、エンジニア100人規模を見据えたツール提供、新規プロダクト立ち上げ環境構築のリードタイム短縮など。

■信頼性の向上:マイクロサービスアーキテクチャ導入、Toil削減による改善活動の時間確保など。

【求める人材】

<経験>

・クラウド上でのインフラの構築、運用経験(2年以上)

・システムのパフォーマンスや信頼性を向上させるのに必要なアプリケーションへの機能追加、バグ修正を行うためのプログラミング経験(2年以上)

・サーバー構築の自動化やツールの作成経験
