大手食品メーカーや国内トップクラスの飲料メーカーの工場で

「空気」「水」「温度」を整える設備工事の現場をまとめる仕事です。

具体的には

・工事のスケジュールを立てる

・協力会社の職人さんへの指示出し

・図面の確認や簡単な修正

・現場の安全・品質チェック

・写真撮影や書類作成

など、「自分が関わった空間で人が働き、暮らす誇らしさ」

・PCの基礎スキル(Word、Excel等)

・第一種運転免許普通自動車

勤務時間・曜日:

勤務時間:8:00~17:30 (休憩90分)所定労働時間8時間/日

時間外勤務あり

休暇・休日:

・年間休日120日 ※毎月シフト管理

(内訳:週2日+祝日相当日数+特別休暇)

・入社6か月後に10日の有給付与

・夏季・年末年始に有給取得推進日あり

関東近郊の工場を予定しています。

給与:

固定残業代あり:年俸 ¥5,000,000 〜 ¥5,500,000は1か月当たりの固定残業代¥69,000〜¥76,000(30時間相当分)を含む。30時間を超える残業代は追加で支給する。

想定年収:500万円~550万円

月給:357,000円~357,000円

基本給:288,000円~317,000円

固定残業代(30時間相当/月):69,000円~76,000円

昇給:年1回(4月)

賞与:年2回(7月、12月)※業績により追加支給有
