Job Title: Development Engineer

Location: Nagoya, Japan (with additional offices in Tokyo and Osaka)
Job Responsibilities:
- Engage in the entire system development cycle, including analysis, design, implementation, and testing to deliver high-quality IT solutions tailored to client needs.
- Provide System Engineering Services (SES) by dispatching skilled engineers for various client projects, ensuring exceptional quality and timely delivery.
- Design, implement, and manage cloud infrastructure, following best practices to enhance operational efficiency for clients.
- Develop IoT solutions and firmware that meet the demands of modern manufacturing and logistics environments.
- Collaborate with team members to innovate and enhance image recognition technology and Autonomous Mobile Robot (AMR) solutions.
- Assist in network construction services, including the design and deployment of secure and efficient internal networks.
- Provide support through Help Desk Services to troubleshoot and resolve system errors and communication issues.
- Participate in continuous learning and development initiatives through the in-house "GE University," enhancing technical skills and management expertise.
Essential Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Strong programming skills in one or more languages such as Java, Python, C++, or similar.
- Solid understanding of software development methodologies and tools.
- Proficiency in cloud services and networking principles.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills in Japanese (N2 level required) and English (preferred).
- A continuous learner with a passion for technology and innovation.
Desired Experience:
- Previous experience in system development, preferably within an IT solutions company.
- Experience with IoT and firmware development projects is highly valued.
- Experience in working within a collaborative team environment.
- Familiarity with image recognition technologies and Autonomous Mobile Robot development will be an advantage.
- Experience in network design and implementation is a plus.
Salary & Benefits:
- Salary Type: Annual JPY3,200,000 - JPY6,000,000 (Based on skills & experiences)
