仕事内容


当社のエンジニアリングをリードするポジションとして、月間5億PVを誇る国内最大級のゲーム総合メディア『Game8』の成長、および決済事業を含む新規プロダクトの開発・グロースを牽引していただきます 。単に要件通りに実装するだけでなく、「ユーザーに届けるべき価値は何か」をビジネスサイドと共に議論し、プロダクト価値を最大化させることがミッションです。

【具体的な業務内容】

事業フェーズに応じて、以下の業務を裁量を持って担当していただきます。

  • 既存事業の機能改善やグロース
  • 新規サービスにおける課題設定からMVP構築、その後の開発
  • 他部署との連携、調整

開発部は、エンジニアやデザイナーが所属する技術専門組織として機能し、プロダクトごとに事業部と開発部を横断して活動しています。エンジニアの仕事は「コードを書くこと」だけにとどまらず、プロダクトや事業の成功に貢献することが重要であり、開発と事業を結びつけながらビジネスの課題解決を意識した開発を行っています。アイデアの共有や新しい試みが積極的に行われるフラットでオープンな環境が特徴で、率直な意見交換ができる一方、単なる温かい家族のような組織ではなく、成果と目標達成を重視するプロスポーツチームのような組織を目指しています。

開発プロセスでは、DiscordやSlackなどのツールを活用し、リアルタイムで活発なコミュニケーションを取りながら技術的な課題を解決し、プロダクトの成長を加速させています。成果を最大化することを重視し、常にプロダクトの具体化に挑戦し続けています。

【現状の勤務体系】

現在、リモートワークを実施しています。原則週1回の出社とリモートワークを併用しています。週1回の出社では、メンバー間での信頼構築(上下、左右、新旧)、複雑なディスカッションや教育、新規サービス開発やPJ推進など、リアルでしか生み出せない価値を生み出す機会を担保することを目的としています。

採用面接につきましても、現在は基本的にWEB面接とさせていただいております。

必須(MUST)

  • 何らかのWebアプリケーションを開発した経験(言語不問)
  • 開発経験3年以上
  • RailsなどのWebフレームワークを用いた開発経験がある
  • GitHubを用いた複数人でのチーム開発経験
  • or Vue.jsを理解できる
