You will be responsible for operating infrastructure technologies such as server, networks, virtualization platforms (VMWare), storage, backup, security, and cloud (M365, Entra ID) for VWFS Japan.

Responsibilities:
Manage and support network, security, and cloud environments, including Microsoft 365 and Entra ID
Operate and maintain server infrastructure (Linux / Windows), virtual servers (VMware), storage, and backup systems
Lead incident investigation, escalation, and coordination with German headquarters and Japanese vendors
Conduct root cause analysis (RCA) and implement preventive measures to avoid recurrence
Plan, coordinate, and execute change operations, including investigation, validation, testing, and deployment
Manage system hardening, patch management, and security configuration
Perform IT asset management and configuration management
Prepare technical documentation and materials, and participate in meetings with headquarters
Required Skills:
- 5 years of experience in Wide area of IT infrastructure expertise including Linux server, M365, storage backup
- At least 1 or 2 team leading experience
- Great communication skills and conflict management
