Your passion for presentation, dedication to flavour, and commitment to setting high standards from workspace to table and beyond will be the key ingredients in our guests' unforgettable experiences. 



Your passion for presentation and dedication to delivering flavour will complete each guest's experience. By taking pride in your workspace, emphasizing maintaining hygienic standards and consistency, and giving our menu the benefit of your expertise, you'll create some of our guests' most lasting memories. 





Every day is different, but you'll mostly be: 



Make each meal a feast for the eyes and a treat for the taste buds. With your own signature flare, you'll turn our high standards into memorable meals for every guest 



Own your kitchen – keep on top of supplies and equipment, and minimise waste 



Helping with washing up and other kitchen duties where needed 



Taking on other ad-hoc duties like a true team player  



What We need from you: 



Similar experience in a commercial kitchen ideally in a hotel environment 



Qualifications in Commercial Cookery/Culinary Arts from a registered training provider 



Compliance with local laws on food safety and handling 



Great communication – you'll be warm, welcoming and easy to talk to  



Flexibility – night, weekend and public holiday shifts are all part of the job 



Team player with a collaborative approach to work 



Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritise workload 



Look smart – wear your uniform with pride and adhere to personal grooming and hygiene standards

主な業務内容:

自分のキッチンエリアをしっかり管理し、必要な食材や設備を把握し、無駄を最小限に抑えます。 



洗い物やその他のキッチン業務もサポートします。 



チームプレイヤーとして、必要な場面で臨機応変に追加業務をこなします。 



求められる条件: 



商業厨房での経験、特にホテル環境での経験があれば尚可。 



登録された教育機関からの商業料理/調理学の資格。 



食品安全や取り扱いに関する地元の法規を遵守。 



優れたコミュニケーション能力—温かく、歓迎する姿勢で、話しやすいこと。 



夜勤、週末、祝日のシフト勤務に柔軟に対応できること。 



チームで協力して働く姿勢。 



スピード感を持ち、タスクを優先順位をつけて効率よくこなす能力。
