仕事内容:

・最先端の再生医療・製剤研究に関わる貴重なポジション。測定・培養・動物実験補助など幅広いスキルを磨けます。

・週4日、時短勤務、残業なし。ライフスタイルに合わせた就業が可能です。

大学病院の研究室で、新規製剤や幹細胞を用いた再生医療研究の実験補助を担当いただきます。

【具体的には】

・マウス実験補助(摘出臓器・血清サンプル処理、発注・管理、施設からの運搬 等)

・細胞培養(幹細胞・細胞株・初代細胞の継代、薬剤添加による効果検討)

・生化学・分子生物学測定(ELISA、realtime RT-PCR、ウェスタンブロッティング、FACS 等)

組織作成(凍結切片の作製)

・試薬発注・管理、実験室清掃・廃棄物処理 等

【使用機器】

・ピペット、バイオセーフティキャビネット

・ELISA・ウェスタンブロッティング

・FACS(フローサイトメトリー)

・ヒトiPS細胞の樹立・分化経験、FACS/フローサイトメトリー、qPCR/RNA-seq、免疫染色・HE染色/研究データの統計解析補助(GraphPad、R、Python 等)
