【チーム構成】
・上司以下 10 名ほどのチーム
・半分が日本人、もう半分は中国やマレーシア出身
・メンバーはほぼ在宅だが、気軽にチャットやメールでコミュニケーションを取れる環境
【職務内容】
Windows サーバの運用管理経験を持ち、新しいことを学ぶことやコミュニケーションを楽しめる方に活躍いただけるような環境です。
・日本地域における Windows サーバのセキュリティパッチ、バックアップ、構成変更といった日常的な運用管理を担う。
・ITインフラストラクチャーのグローバル標準化を推進するために、主にメールやドキュメントによる英語のコミュニケーション、さらに必要に応じてチャットやオンライン会議においてグローバルな同僚と英語でコミュニケーションを図りグローバルチームに貢献する。
【求めるスキル】
<必須>
・1 年以上の Windows サーバ OS の運用管理経験
・ITIL といった IT サービス管理に沿った IT インフラストラクチャーの業務経験
・英語力:相手の話を聞けるレベル(TOEIC 500 点程度)
・日本語力:ビジネス会話ができる
<歓迎>
・Linux サーバ OS の運用管理経験
・Nutanix AHV または VMware の運用管理経験
・AWS または Azure の運用管理経験
・PowerShell に関するスキル
・Kubernetes の運用管理に関するスキル
【労働条件】
契約期間:期間の定めなし
試用期間:あり(3 カ月)
就業時間:9:00~17:45(基本実働 7.75 時間、休憩 60 分)*フレックス制度あり(コアタイム無
し)
