【必須】
- 銀行、証券会社、コンサルティング・ファーム、アドバイザリーファーム、監査法人において以下のいずれかの経験を有する方
(1)主に金融機関における経営企画、事業企画、財務企画部門などでの実務経験
(2)主に金融機関における大企業営業、カバレッジバンカー的な役割期待での実務経験
(3)主にコンサルティング・ファームやアドバイザリーファームにおいて、金融機関向けプロジェクトでのプロジェクト・マネジメント経験など
(4)主に監査法人系ファームにおけるアドバイザリー経験または監査経験
【尚可】
・会計の基礎知識(簿記2級以上と同等)を有する方(※公認会計士(日本、米国)資格を有する方は尚良し)
・英語(TOEC650点以上)推奨
※英語力は必須ではありませんが、入社後伸ばしていただくと活躍の場が広がります。

【東京:リモート】経営戦略領域や財務戦略領域に関するアドバイザリー ※土日休み
【仕事内容】
グローバルで3,000名程度のサステナビリティやESGの専門家を有するチーム
金融機関向け財務会計アドバイザリーサービス(金融FAAS)では、国内金融機関(銀行、証券など)などを中心に、経営戦略領域や財務・資本戦略領域(含む、組織再編対応など)など上流領域を中心とするアドバイザリー業務を提供しています。
- 経営戦略、財務・資本戦略領域
・中期経営計画などの事業戦略の策定支援
・財務戦略、資本戦略(含む公的資金関連対応)などの策定・実行支援
・金融機関における経営統合関連支援(資本戦略、シナジー適正化など)
・グループガバナンスの策定・高度化支援(HD設立・移行支援や、子会社収支適正化支援など)
・管理会計制度の構築・高度化支援と業績評価制度の策定・高度化支援など
・構造改革支援(全社的コスト水準の適正化支援)
・ファンド投資など事業投資に係る運営体制の整備・構築や高度化支援など
