- ESG投融資、サステナビリティ投資、インパクト投資、またはそのリスク管理やミドル/バック業務
- 金融機関、事業会社、官公庁等での社会課題解決に関する事業活動/CSR活動
- サステナビリティに関する重要課題(マテリアリティ)分析
・ロジカルシンキング、クリティカルシンキングの基礎的なコンサルティングスキルのある方
・プロジェクト実施・管理の経験者
・日本語(母国語レベル)の高度なコミュニケーション能力のある方

【東京:リモート】ESG/サステナビリティ戦略におけるアドバイザリー ※土日休み
【仕事内容】
グローバルで3,000名程度のサステナビリティやESGの専門家を有するチーム
に配属となり、主にクライアント企業は銀行や保険、アセットマネージャーやアセットオーナーなど金融機関や官公庁となり、これらクライアントはビジネスを通じて広く産業界の持続可能な成長に貢献するため、幅広い業種におけるサステナビリティ関連の経験を積むことができます。
(1) クライアント組織のサステナビリティ企画やサステナブルビジネス部署に対する運営支援全般(戦略立案、企画業務、会議体運営等)、またはこれに関する調査
(2) クライアント組織のサステナビリティトランスフォーメーション(社会課題解決/社会的価値/インパクトに関する制度設計や社内浸透等)の支援、またはこれに関する調査
(3) EYグローバルのサステナビリティ戦略関連のコミュニティの参画・運営
- PJ事例:クライアントのインパクト測定・可視化ならびに開示媒体の監修支援
EYグローバルなネットワークを駆使し、常に変化しているグローバルなトレンドをタイムリーに把握するとともに、世界のほか地域でのベストプラクティスやソリューションをクライアントに提供することが可能です。
