・保険会社のシステム子会社、IT・コンサルティング会社に属し、保険業界の経験(特にシステム化構想や要件定義など上流工程)を有し、トランスフォーメーションへの取り組みを志向される方。

【職務概要】
先進的な業界変革を実現するため、リサーチから、企画・ソリューション組み立てまで、幅広い範囲にご参画頂きます。数多くある課題や検討施策の重要度・優先度設定からチームで活動を行っていきます。
- 保険業界向けDX・ソリューション検討(アライアンス組成含む)
・ソリューション探索と協業組成(R&D含む)
- 保険業界向けDX・ソリューションの企画・開発
・DX・ビジネス変革のコンサルティング

【募集職種の期待役割】
保険業界の中長期の動向をリサーチし、業界・企業の切実なるイシューやテーマを保険会社と共に議論を交わしながら具体的な課題・施策へ落とし込み、NRIのコンサルティング、ソリューションを通して課題解決を図る業務に参画いただきます。
保険会社との共創、様々なプロフェッショナルや専門企業と協業しながら、企画・業務・ITなどの専門領域でリーダシップを発揮頂くことを期待しています。
