【募集の背景】

【具体的には】※ご経験/スキルに合わせ詳細業務を決定します
自動運転の高度化に伴い、車載SoCの処理能力を極限まで引き出すことが求められています。限られたハードウェアリソース(電力・熱・演算能力)の中で、最先端のAIアルゴリズムをリアルタイムに動作させるための、システム設計・実装・最適化 をリードしていただきます。
・NVIDIA/Qualcomm等の次世代SoC向けソフトウェアアーキテクチャ設計・実装
・GPU/DSP/NPUを用いたAIモデル・アルゴリズムの高速化・最適化
・OS(Linux/QNX)・ドライバ・ミドルウェア層のパフォーマンスチューニング
・マルチコア/メニーコア環境下での並列処理実装
※自動運転・運転支援の更なる革新のための各AI応用機能の研究開発業務、および、大学や国内外企業との共同研究開発の推進などをお任せ致します。
尚、他部門やベンダー等、様々な関係者とコミュニケーションをとりながら業務を進めていきます。海外現地法人へのデモンストレーションや海外研究機関との共同研究等、海外とのやりとりも発生する場合があります。

【求める経験・スキル】
以下いずれかの知識・経験をお持ちの方
- C/C++による組み込みソフトウェア開発経験
- コンピュータアーキテクチャ、OS、メモリ管理に関する深い理解
- GPUプログラミング(CUDA等)や並列処理の最適化経験
【上記に加え、あれば望ましい経験・スキル】
- Linuxカーネル/ドライバの開発・デバッグ経験
- RTOS(QNX等)を用いたリアルタイムシステム開発経験
- 画像処理/AIアルゴリズムの高速化(SIMD命令活用等)の経験
- CI/CD環境の構築・運用経験
- 機能安全(ISO26262)またはSOTIFに関する知識
- AutoSAR(Classic/Adaptive)に関する知識
- 医療機器、複合機、通信インフラ等、高信頼性が求められるシステムの開発経験
