仕事内容


【業務内容】

法人向け営業|自社製品+多彩な商材を提案

気泡緩衝材「プチプチ(R)」、軽量剛性板「プラパール(R)」を中心に、最適な梱包資材を提案する営業職です。

メーカーでありながら商社機能も持つ当社では、自社製品に加え、多様な梱包資材を活用し、お客様の守りたいものに対する最適な梱包資材を提供します。

ルート営業が主体ですが、展示会出展時の商談や問い合わせ対応を通じた新規開拓も行います。

直行直帰制度を活用し、効率的な営業スタイルを実現できます。

【やりがい】

取引先は、製造メーカー・流通会社・食品会社等多岐にわたります。設計・開発部門と協力しお客様の求める新しい製品を企画提案していくやりがいがあります。

【入社後】

最初は新入社員研修を行い、座学からスタートします。商品を覚えたり、営業としての業務を学んでいただいた後、先輩と一緒に現場を回りながら慣れていただきます。少しずつお客様の担当をしていただきますが、しっかりフォローするのでご安心ください。

  • 既存顧客へのフォロー(8割)及び新規開拓(2割)がメインとなります。
  • 基本的に残業は月20時間以内のことが多いです。

年収 円 ~ 円

月給 287348円 ~ 355282円

上記額にはみなし残業代を含みます。※超過分は全額支給いたします。

みなし残業代:35,000円~40,000円

みなし残業時間:20.00時間

月給=基本給+地域手当(基本給の2%)+営業手当(みなし残業代)

※基本給はご経験や年齢、能力を考慮の上決定します。

※残業が営業手当額を超えた場合、超過分は全額支給します。

※試用期間6ヶ月あり

※試用期間中の営業手当(みなし残業代)は25,000円(月15時間相当分)

計画達成した場合に支給される報奨金制度有

例:新規受注金額500万円以上/スポットの場合、30,000円/スポット 支給

試用期間の長さ:6ヶ月

給与:月給 277348円~340282円

上記額にはみなし残業代を含みます。※超過分は全額支給いたします。
