仕事内容


病院・介護施設での勤務です。

請求書の仕分け、事務処理、給与計算・PC入力、電話対応業務などの経理業務全般を担当していただきます。

先輩職員が丁寧に指導しますので、未経験の方も安心してご応募ください

IMSグループ内での転勤等がございます。通勤時間や希望等を考慮

東日本最大級の医療グループになります。当施設は介護施設ですが、病院・クリニック等さまざまなサービスを運営しております。通勤等や希望を考慮し、勤務場所が変わります。

資格の有無について

経理事務は、特に資格は必要ありません。施設等で働く場合、資格を気にされる方も多いですが無資格で全く問題ございません。実際に働いている職員も資格は持っていません。どなたでもできる仕事です。

契約社員からの契約ですが正社員登用もございます。

実働時間:8時間/日

平均勤務日数:1ヶ月あたり20日~22日

休日:一か月 8日~10日、年間115日(シフト制)。

定年:60才(再雇用制度あり)

22歳 4大学卒【契約社員】

月:8~10日のお休み(シフト制:基本日曜日はお休み、月1回程度、日直として出勤)

【月給】201,000円 【年収】201,000円×12ヵ月=2,412,000円

※正社員登用制度あり

正社員登用になった場合、昇給・賞与・退職金制度がございます。

【同じ条件の方が1年後正社員になった場合】

【月給】204,100円 【年収】(月給)204,100円×12ヵ月+(賞与:基本給×3.7ヵ月)695,970円=3,107,970円 ※正社員になってから1年目は寸志のためこちらの賞与通りの支給ではない場合がございます。

月給 20万4400円~25万円

(一律手当を含む)

試用期間は6ヶ月となります。本人の意思確認の上、社員登用もございます。

※60歳以上の方は定年のため、契約社員での継続となります。

短大専門卒・高卒:204,400円~ 四大卒:207,000円~

経験等を考慮致します。※一律手当を含んでおります。

交通費:通勤交通費全額支給
