三菱電機各拠点のアプリケーション運用を集約したセンター事業を展開しており、

各拠点の課題である人材不足や運用費用の増大に対し、お客様への貢献に寄与しております。

弊社運用センター事業は共通業務領域の集約化を推進しており、従来の運用メニューの標準化・共通化に加え、専門化領域の切り口をさらに広げた集約拡大の計画で進めております。

26年度から28年度にかけ、組織体制の強化を図るため、将来プロジェクトを牽引するリーダークラスの募集を開始しました。

業務内容


当部は、各部門が三菱電機(株)の全国にある製作所(18拠点)の情報システムに関するシステム開発・保守・運用からインフラ保守・運用を担っており、三菱電機(株)のモノ作りを支えています。

当課は、三菱電機向け基幹業務システムのアプリケーションシステム運用サービスを提供しています。

三菱電機各製作所の基幹業務システムの本番移行されたシステムの運用をバックオフィスとして運用集約し、業務の標準化・共通化による一括した運用センターとしてサービス提供しています。

  • 担当業務

1.アプリケーション運用業務

・運用スケジュール管理、ジョブ管理、マスタ管理、ユーザ管理、セキュリティ管理、IT統制管理

・運用課題の提案、実行

・運用ツール、マクロの活用や小口開発による運用改善の策定、実行

2.アプリケーション運用集約推進

・運用集約するアプリケーション運用の業務分析

・運用集約の計画策定、提案

・運用集約後の標準化による運用効率化の推進

配属部署


製作所システム事業 西日本システム運用センター システム運用第二課

キャリアパス


入社後は同チームメンバーからのOJTにて、弊社のアプリケーション運用のルールや業務構成・内容を習得し、製作所向けの運用担当として実際の作業を実施していただきます。

次のステップでは製作所の主担当として経験を積み、お客様(エンドユーザ含む)ならびに弊社関係部門と連携した基幹業務システムの運用上の課題解決や運用改善に取り組んで頂き、コミュニケーションを通じて出来る仕事を繋げていきます。

その後、チームリーダーとしての役割を担い、センター事業拡大として他の製作所や未実施の運用メニューについて提案・推進していただき弊社事業への貢献に寄与いただきます。チームリーダーの目安時期ですが5年程度を想定しておりますが、事業推進の体制変更やご本人の成熟度によっては、時期が早まることがあります。

働き方


平日8:30~17:00勤務となります。

会社としてコアタイムなしのフルフレックス制を導入しているため、

ちょっとした用事で遅く出社する、通院で早く帰るなど柔軟に運用されています。

新入社員には適用されませんが、中途社員は即日適用されます。

必要な能力・経験


【必須条件】

・社内SEとしてアプリケーションシステム保守,小口開発(保守改修レベルでOK)の実務経験

・運用スクリプト製作や作業自動化など業務効率化の取組経験

・社内に限らずお客様やエンドユーザと円滑なコミュニケーションができる

【歓迎条件】

・JOBスケジュール(Systemwalker、JP1等)の実務経験者

・情報処理技術者、Microsoft認定資格等の保有者

・これから新しい技術を習得しようと思う、前向き思考で活発な方

・プログラム開発の経験があり(言語問わず)、要件定義から製造まで経験された方
