仕事内容:

当社は、世界120ヵ国以上のお客様に向けて中古自動車を販売する専門商社です。

自社ECサイトは20万台以上の在庫情報を扱い、4,000件以上の高評価レビューを獲得。

さらにオークション買付など、ただ"買う"だけじゃない体験も用意しています。

いま私たちは、サイトをもっと速く・もっと良くするために、フロント開発の内製化を進行中です。フロントエンド開発を軸に、UI/UX改善や表示速度のチューニングなど、ユーザー体験に直結する改善を一緒に進めていきます。

単に作って終わりのシステムエンジニアではなく、

自分の手がけた改善が売上や反響として返ってくる瞬間を最前線で実感できるポジションです。

<主な業務内容>

・ECサイトのUI / UX改善

・フロントエンド開発・改修

・PHPを用いたバックエンド開発(機能追加・改修など)

・バックエンドAPIとの連携

・表示速度改善、SEOを意識した実装

・社内関係部署との仕様調整

フレックスタイム制

標準的な勤務時間帯 9:00 ~ 17:00(所定労働時間 7h/休憩 1h)

■コアタイム :13:00 ~ 15:00

月曜〜金曜勤務

時間外勤務あり

給与:

固定残業代あり:月給 ¥350,000 〜 ¥500,000は1か月当たりの固定残業代¥53,800〜¥76,800(22時間相当分)を含む。22時間を超える残業代は追加で支給する。

月給35万円〜50万円(見込残業代22時間相当分を含む)

想定年収 470万~650万円

※見込残業代:残業時間22時間未満の場合も全額支給。

※見込残業時間(22時間相当)を超えた場合、残業代は1分単位で計算して支給。

※スキル・経験等を考慮の上、当社規定により決定します。
