【新電力の契約案内業務(受信)】
- 電気、ガスのサービスの案内獲得業務、申込受付対応をお願い致します。
提携不動産管理会社で新規の入居のお客様にライフラインサービスの登録案内の受信業務(※営業要素あり)
問い合わせの対応からサービスの案内、問い合わせ来ているサービスとは別のサービスや付帯サービスを案内して獲得までもっていく
(主に電力サービスの案内となりますが、付帯してそのほかのサービスのご案内もお願いすることがあります。)
引っ越し前の契約のための受信業務がメインとなります。
(不動産会社から事前に案内の電話があることをお伝えされているため案内はしやすいです。
新規入居のお客様がメインのためつながった際の獲得率80~90%ほどになります。)
※目標はございますがノルマはなく、最初はうまく案内ができなくても一緒に成長できるようにサポートしていただけます。
※お引越しの方は必ずライフラインサービスが必要になりますので、営業要素はございますが通常の発信業務と比べると獲得はしやすい案内となります。
※特定のサービスのみではなく、お客様の使い方、家族構成などに合わせたサービスの提案となります。・引っ越しに伴う電気の利用開始契約受付
・インバウンド業務・個人のお客様対応・トークスクリプト有り
・クロスセルでWi-Fi提案もあり・一部発信、折返し対応などもあり
・1時間あたり:4~5件受電。日で40件程で8割は契約につながるイメージ
・西日本のエリアが対象

営業要素があるので、受信の業務ですがご案内の中でコールのスキルがつきます。
ノルマはきつくないので、プレッシャーなし
- 8割ほどが契約につながるお仕事です。
