【仕事内容】

同社のコーポレート部門や社員が利用する業務アプリの開発、保守運用を行います。

SaaS利用やパッケージソフト導入をベースに、スピーディーな

大規模プロジェクト開発と日々の安定運用を実現することが求められます。

ビジネス部門と連携し、業務・事務の要求分析、ビジネスプロセスの設計、

システム要件定義などの上流工程をリードします。

開発プロジェクト全体のプロジェクトマネジメント業務も担当し、

品質・コスト・期間を遵守した高品質なプロジェクト運営を実現します。

同社のIT・デジタル戦略に直結する重要なプロジェクトや保守運用業務を担当します。

【具体的には】

・ 同社のコーポレート部門や社員が利用する業務アプリの開発、保守運用

・ SaaS利用、パッケージソフト導入をベースにスピーディーに

大規模プロジェクト開発を実施し、日々の安定運用を実現

・ ビジネス部門と業務・事務の要求分析、業務分析を行い、

ビジネスプロセスの設計、システム要件定義、システムアーキテクチャの決定などの上流工程をリード

・ 開発プロジェクトの全行程にわたるプロジェクトマネジメント業務を担い、

品質・コスト・期間を遵守した高品質なプロジェクト運営を実現

・ 同社のIT・デジタル戦略に直結する重要なプロジェクトや安定稼働に向けた保守運用業務を担当

【求める人材】

・ オープン系アプリケーション開発経験(AWS開発、java、JavaScript、JP1)

・ システム開発・保守・運用のプロジェクト経験

・ 金融・保険分野での業務経験 (必須ではありません)

【歓迎】

・ 中規模以上(30人月以上)のアプリケーション開発プロジェクトのPM、PL経験

・ ビジネス部門(利用ユーザーや発注者)と直接、システム化のスコープや要件定義を実施した経験

・ インフラ構築にかかわる業務経験

・ 開発ベンダーコントロール経験

【給与】

年収600~800万円,※職務経験を考慮のうえ決定いたします。
