■ 職務内容

(雇入れ直後) リサーチエンジニア ・リサーチサイエンティスト(Deep Research/情報検索領域):詳細は以下の通り
(変更の範囲)会社の定める業務
・内製Deep Researchの開発・評価やデータ合成、強化学習
・テキスト埋め込みモデルやリランキングモデルなどの学習

・研究開発用のデータ基盤および検索基盤の構築
・情報検索技術を用いたAIプロダクトやLLMエージェントのプロトタイピング
など

■ 応募資格

・検索システム、推薦システム、埋め込み表現、検索拡張生成(RAG)のいずれかの専門知識
・GitHubなどの開発プラットフォームを使用したチーム開発経験
・論文の読解と実装再現、またはアルゴリズム改変の経験

■ 歓迎条件

・自然言語処理または情報検索・推薦分野での開発経験
・データサイエンスコンペ(Kaggleなど)でのメダル獲得経験
・大規模な検索システムまたは推薦システムの開発および運用経験
・複数GPUを用いた機械学習モデルの開発経験
・国際会議での発表経験
・ローカルLLMやテキスト埋め込みモデルのファインチューニング経験
