■ 職務内容

(雇入れ直後) AI・プロダクト開発/プロジェクトマネージャー:詳細は以下の通り
(変更の範囲)会社の定める業務
当企業が商用展開する生成AIモデルやその周辺プロダクトの開発、PoCに関するプロジェクトのリードとしてご活躍頂きます。
・生成AIモデルおよびその周辺プロダクトの開発や公開に関するプロジェクトマネジメント
・プロジェクトのスコープ設定、スケジュール作成、リソース計画、進行管理
・社内外のステークホルダー管理
など

■ 応募資格

・プロジェクトマネジメント経験 (3年~)
・AI研究開発に携わられた経験 (学生時代の経験も含み2年~) 
・AI技術の商用化プロジェクトなどの経験 

■ 歓迎条件

・AI技術に関する最新の学術論文を読み、商用展開に向けた方針や課題を整理できる方 
・機械学習モデルを学習、改善した経験
・SaaS、PaaS、IaaSプロダクトなどのシステム設計や開発経験  

などのご経験をお持ちの方、歓迎
