- 顧客への設置前確認・設置・定期点検・修理・ソフトウェアアップグレード・技術問合せ対応業務の提供
- 新規市場導入に関わるサービス準備サポート
- サービス業務理(設置情報管理、苦情情報管理、保守パーツ管理、測定器管理、等)
- 営業デモ・顧客トレーニングサポートおよびデモ機メンテナンス
- 関連部門との業務連携
- 保守サービス契約販売推進
- 海外製造元とのコミュニケーション、海外トレーニングへの参加
- 法規制遵守(薬機法、関連法規、修理業、QMS関連)
