楽天モバイルの直営店舗にて、

ご来店されたお客様への接客・ご案内を担当します

スマホの新規契約・機種変更・プランのご提案だけでなく、

楽天カードや楽天市場など、

楽天エコシステム全体の魅力を伝えるお仕事です。

ただ「売る」だけではなく、

お客様の生活をちょっと便利にするサポート役です

・お客様対応業務

ご来店されたお客様からの各種お問い合わせ対応

(料金プラン・機種・キャンペーン内容のご案内 など)

新規契約・プラン変更などの受付対応

操作方法やトラブルに関するご相談対応

・店舗運営業務

店舗内での電話応対(来店予約・問い合わせ対応など)

端末などの在庫管理

各種申込書類の作成・データ入力などの事務作業

店舗での集客活動

店頭イベントやキャンペーンの準備・運営サポート

■必須スキル

・相手の立場に立って丁寧なコミュニケーションができる方

■歓迎スキル

・通信業界(携帯ショップなど)で勤務、サポートの経験をお持ちの方

・接客・販売など、人と接するお仕事の経験をお持ちの方

・英語で簡単なやり取りができる方(語学力を活かせます)

勤務時間・曜日:

・9:00~20:00のうち

8.5時間(実働7.5時間 休憩1時間)

休暇・休日:

完全週休二日制

予定が立てやすく、メリハリの利いた勤務ができます

休日はしっかり休んで、リフレッシュしてくださいね。

給与:

これまでのご経歴やスキル、適性を総合的に判断し、ポジションおよび年収を決定いたします。

・年収350万円~:店舗オペレーション業務

・年収410万円~:店長職

・年収500万円~:SV・管理者職

なお、賞与は年2回(6月・12月)支給いたします。
