【6ヶ月の研修でエンジニアデビュー】

座学研修とチーム研修、先輩社員とのOJTの3段階で丁寧に着実に、エンジニアとしてプロを目指す

研修後はWEBアプリケーション開発(Java/PHPなど)に携わっていくことが可能

【手厚いサポート体制】

まずはIT業界で仕事をする準備として、しっかりと研修からスタート

IT未経験者はもちろんPC初心者も安心

【6ヶ月~1年間の充実研修】

STEP1:入社前

内定後、入社までの期間を使い、

プログラミング自主学習をサポート

教材費は100%会社が負担します。

STEP2:入社後~研修

入社後、6ヶ月~1年はIT基礎と資格取得を進めます。

現役エンジニアによる基礎研修で

イチから知識を積んでいけます

研修内容

・PC(Word、Excel)WEBの基礎知識

・IT業界の知識

・Javaの基礎研修

・Spring を用いたWEBアプリ開発研修

STEP3:研修終了後

いよいよエンジニアとしてデビュー

社内の受託開発、開発事業部でのプロジェクトへ配属し

研修で身につけたスキルを活かした追加開発やテストからお任せします。
