<人材派遣会社でのお仕事>

残業月平均10hと少なめ&土日祝休み

月給242,500円~+残業手当支給賞与もありでしっかり収入を得られます

  • 応募者対応、面接対応

  • どの求人に応募が来たか確認し、応募者へ電話やメールを行い面接日程の設定

  • 派遣スタッフの労務管理

  • 出退勤確認や問題なく業務が出来るようサポート

  • 既存派遣先への状況確認、訪問

  • 訪問時は社用車を使用します。

  • 新規企業へ架電をしアプローチ

  • 営業リストに沿って架電を行い、アポイントの設定や訪問

※架電マニュアルがあるので安心です

  • ノルマなし
  • 飛び込み営業なし

ほとんどのスタッフが未経験で入社しています

入社後の座学研修や同行研修にて、同じ業務を行う先輩が仕事の流れを教えていきます

研修後ももちろんサポートやフォローを行うので安心してくださいね。

コミュニケーション力は必要なお仕事になります。

過去、学生時代のアルバイトなどで接客業などの経験がある方は活かせます。
