In this Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:
Management of Incoming Inspection Process and Personnel

• Standardization, implementation, and management of incoming inspection processes
• Proposal and implementation of continuous process improvements
• Work process management of inspection personnel
• Quality control coordination with suppliers, including corrective instructions when vital

Incoming Product Inspection Tasks

• General inspection tasks with measuring instrument

For This Role, You Will Need:

• High school graduate or higher (preferably from a mechanical-related program)
• Experience in inspection using measuring instruments
• Strong personality with excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Knowledge of machining and materials
• Ability to accurately interpret technical drawings
• Effective spoken and written communication skills in Japanese

Preferred Qualifications that Set You Apart:

• English language skill
• Technical background in mechanical industry
• Be a committed, self-motivated, results driven sales person.
