仕事内容:

The Content Creator (Photography, Videography & Writing) is responsible for producing compelling visual and written content that captures and communicates the life, values, and ethos of NLCS Kobe. The role combines creative photography, videography, and storytelling to support marketing and communication strategies across multiple platforms in both English and Japanese.

Job Purpose

To create, plan, and deliver high-quality, brand-aligned content that enhances the school's reputation and engagement with local and international audiences. Working closely with the Director of Marketing, the Content Creator contributes to the development and implementation of the school's overall content strategy.

Key Responsibilities

1. Content Strategy and Planning

• Collaborate with the Director of Marketing to develop and implement an annual content strategy and calendar aligned with school objectives.
• Plan and organise content themes, campaigns, and messaging to support marketing, events, and brand storytelling.
• Contribute creative ideas to strengthen brand visibility and engagement across multiple audiences and platforms.
• Monitor and evaluate content performance to inform ongoing improvements.

2. Photography and Videography

• Capture high-quality photos and videos showcasing school life, events, and academic experiences.
• Plan, shoot, and edit content consistent with brand identity and marketing goals.
• Produce video highlights, interviews, and social media reels for a variety of digital platforms.
• Maintain an organised digital archive of visual assets for ongoing use.

3. Writing and Content Creation

• Write clear, engaging, and accurate copy in English and Japanese for social media, website, newsletters, press releases, and marketing materials.
• Develop creative storytelling concepts that reflect the school's ethos and international outlook.
• Ensure all written content aligns with brand tone and style guidelines.
• Collaborate with academic staff, students and parents to feature authentic voices and experiences in school communications.

4. Digital Marketing Support

• Assist in the planning, production, and scheduling of bilingual content across platforms (website, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, LinkedIn, Note).
• Adapt and repurpose content for various audiences and digital formats.
• Track social media and digital trends to identify new opportunities for engagement.
• Support Marketing with content for PR, events, campaigns, and blogs/publications.

5. Technical and Administrative

• Maintain and manage photography and videography equipment.
• Maintain an organised database of images, videos, and content.
• Support design-related tasks such as posters, newsletters, and promotional materials as needed.

Qualifications and Skills

• Bilingual proficiency in English and Japanese (spoken and written).
• Proven experience in photography and videography (portfolio required).
• Strong understanding of visual and digital storytelling for social media and marketing.
• Strong writing, editing, and storytelling skills across formats and platforms.
• Familiarity with copywriting for promotional and campaign purposes.
• Excellent organisational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Understanding of content strategy, branding, and digital marketing analytics.
• Creative mindset with strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
• Proficiency with standard design, photo/video editing software.

勤務時間・曜日:

9:00am-18:00pm or 8:00am-17:00pm

・8hours a day + 1hour Lunch Break)

・10hours Overtime maybe required (Monthly Average.)

Pay: 330,000円 - 480,000円 per month
