仕事内容


~企業の課題に"コスト削減"で応える仕事~

当組合の営業は「単なる物売り」ではありません。

人材不足や教育コスト、IT・通信費など、企業が直面する課題の多くは"経費"に直結しています。そこで私たちは、

共同利用・共同購買のスケールメリットを活かし、通常は1社単位では難しいコスト削減を実現。

さらに、人材サービスやITソリューションを組み合わせ、経営改善につながる提案を行います。

「削れるところはしっかり削る、投資すべきところは伸ばす」――経営者にとって一番欲しい答えを提供できるのが、この仕事の醍醐味です。

【具体的な仕事内容】

・企業への訪問(1日8~10件/近隣が中心)

・人材サービスのご提案(人材不足を解消しつつ教育・研修費を最適化)

・経費削減に繋がる様々なサービスのご提案

・業務効率化による間接費削減提案

・組合加入のご案内

契約後も継続的にフォローを行い、運用状況の分析や改善提案を通じて、長期的に信頼関係を築きます。

経営者から「ありがとう」と直接感謝される瞬間は、この仕事ならではのやりがいです。

求めている人材


学歴不問<職種・業種未経験者、第二新卒者、歓迎>

・普通自動車免許をお持ちの方(AT限定可)

・人物重視の採用のため、

・接客や販売など人と接する仕事をしたことがある方は、

その経験を営業活動に活かせます。

実働時間:1日あたり7時間45分

平均勤務日数:1ヶ月あたり20日 〜 23日

勤務時間:9:00~18:00

(休憩時間 1時間15分)

月平均残業時間は20時間以内

※基本給・一律手当の総額

基本給:月給 25万円 〜 30万円

固定残業代:なし

全員に一律で支払われる通勤・皆勤・家族手当金額:あり

全員に一律で支払われるその他手当金額:あり

1ヶ月あたり5万円 〜 10万円

年齢・経験を考慮の上、決定します。

インセンティブに上限はありません。
