仕事内容


【大阪】コンサルティング営業【大手企業への研修・人材育成制度の提案/577万~/リモート可】

【仕事内容】

企業が抱える「人」や「組織」の課題を解決に導いてください。

日本を代表する大手企業のディスカッションパートナーとして「人」や「組織」に関する課題を設定し、最適な企画を立案します。

パッケージ商品などの提案はなく、研修企画やコンサルティングなど、一番最適な内容をゼロから考え、企画し提案、運営までお任せいたします

  • 企業のビジネスや戦略を把握した上で、「海外展開を積極化していく上で幹部層を教育したい」

「近い将来に経営幹部になるリーダーを発掘・育成したい」などの課題をヒアリング。真のニーズを抽出します。

  • 企業の課題を解決する提案内容を企画。その上で、パートナー契約を結ぶ1400名のコンサルタント

(外資系コンサルティングファーム出身コンサルタント、弁護士、国内外大手企業元経営者、大学教授、会計士など)を把握している

社内の企画担当と情報を共有。最適な人材をアサインします。

  • ソリューションの導入後は効果分析・検証を行ない、次の施策に活かします。

なお、担当顧客は1人3~5社程度。1社に深くコミットし、事業におけるビジョンや課題、戦略などを細かく把握することが求められ、

顧客との関係性を構築していきます。

507万円~1004万円 ※提示年収は、今までのご経験や選考の中でのご評価によって決定いたします。最低年収を下回る可能性もございますので、あらかじめご了承ください。
