e'H2O SPA スイスホテル南海大阪店でのエステティシャン業務

【主な業務内容】

◆ボディ施術

37年の実績から培われた経験をもとに、リンパ流しの技にアーユルヴェーダの考え方を取り入れ、高品質な植物由来のオイルでリンパの流れにアプローチします。

お客様を美しく理想的なボディラインへ導く施術を担当します。

◆フェイシャル施術

お客様に永く続く美を提供できるよう技術向上に努め、最新の機器も取り入れながら、できうるベストの施術を行います。

◆ヘッドスパ施術

リラクゼーション効果の高いヘッドスパで、心身のリフレッシュをサポートします。

◆カウンセリング業務

お客様の悩みを丁寧に聴き取り、その悩みに合わせた最適なサービスをご案内します。

一人ひとりに合った提案を行うことで、信頼関係を築いていきます。


【1日の流れ】

9:00~10:30に出社し、店舗準備や清掃を行います。

その後、予約状況に応じて施術を行い、空き時間にはカウンセリングや次回予約の対応をします。

退勤は18:00~20:30の間となり、シフトによっては18:00に上がれる日もあります。

営業時間は20:30または18:30までで、平日予約は20時までですが、20:30には終了するよう調整しています。

イチからスキルを学べる研修制度が整っており、各種社内研修はすべて自己負担なしで受講できます。

認定エステティシャン資格取得費用は半額会社負担、美肌検定費用は全額負担など、資格取得支援制度も充実しています。

美容に興味がある方はもちろん、接客・販売経験者、ブランクがある方、社会人経験が豊富な方も歓迎します。

固定残業代あり:月給 ¥230,000 〜 ¥300,000は1か月当たりの固定残業代¥20,000(11時間相当分)を含む。11時間を超える残業代は追加で支給する。
