Racing & Lotteryプロダクト課では「楽天競馬」、「楽天Kドリームス」、「楽天toto」といったオンライン投票サービスの開発・運営を担当しています。
楽天競馬:地方競馬のオンライン投票サイト
楽天Kドリームス:競輪のオンライン投票サイト
楽天toto・宝くじ:toto・WINNER・宝くじのオンライン購入サイト
これらのドリームプロダクトには、ユーザーが簡単に楽しく投票することができるAI予測サービスが搭載されています。
また、Racing & Lotteryプロダクト課は、公営競技スポーツにも貢献しています。その収益は、地方財政の改善や、学校や道路といった公共施設の整備、社会福祉など、様々な形で社会貢献活動に役立てられています。

今後の事業拡大に向けた体制強化のため、人員増を計画しております。そのため、プロダクトを牽引するプロダクトマネージャーを募集しております。
業務内容
ドリームプロダクト(楽天競馬・楽天Kドリームス・楽天toto)いずれかのプロダクトマネージャーとして、様々な分析を通じて、ユーザーへの新しい体験の提供や、ユーザーが抱えている様々な問題の解決を行うための、プロダクト構築と実行(プロジェクトマネジメント)を担って頂きます。「プロダクトはどうあるべきか」「ユーザーが本当に求めているものは何か」というコンセプト作りをデータを用いて論理的に行いつつ、またビジネス、エンジニア、QAと連携を行い、実際の開発からリリースまで本プロダクトに関わるすべての工程が業務範囲となります。
本ポジションでは、既にあるプロダクトに対する新たな機能と付加価値の創造を通じて、業界を変えていけるようなインパクトのあるプロダクト構築に携わる事ができます。

必須要件:
・Webアプリケーションのプロジェクトリーダーまたはプロジェクトマネージャーとして3年以上の経験
・システム開発、特に上流工程(PRDおよび仕様書)に関する知識
・他部署や社外の関係者と交渉、調整を行うコミュニケーション能力
・ビジネス会話が可能な日本語力
・TOEIC800点以上またはそれに準ずる能力(スコアをお持ちでない場合、選考過程で無料で受検可能です)
歓迎要件:
・メンバー5人以上のチームでのプロジェクトマネジメントのご経験
・システム開発のご経験(言語問わず)
・プロダクト戦略構築のご経験
・SierでのPM・SE経験
