研修を経て段階的にIT/webのスキルを習得した後は、

【リスタートを支える「10ヶ月のロードマップ」】
1〜2ヶ月目
ビジネスマナーからHTML/CSS等のエンジニアの基礎知識まで、
プロとしての土台をしっかり整えます
3〜6ヶ月目
専門資格の取得 JavaやSalesforceなど、
市場ニーズの高い技術に特化して学習
7ヶ月以降
実践デビューへの総仕上げ 現場を想定した演習を行い、
自信を持ってエンジニアデビュー

実働時間:1日あたり8時間
平均勤務日数:1ヶ月あたり18日 〜 20日
10:00~19:00(実働8時間/休憩1時間)

残業は月平均5時間程度と、基本的に定時退社

給与詳細
基本給:月給 28万円 〜 50万円
固定残業代:なし
【一律手当】
全員に一律で支払われる通勤・皆勤・家族手当金額:あり
全員に一律で支払われるその他手当金額:なし
月給28万円~50万円+インセンティブ+賞与
※交通費支給(上限月2万円)
※経験・能力を考慮して決定します。
- インセンティブ制度もあり
- 新会社のためモデルケースですが、多くて月7万~10万円の支給額を想定しています。
※研修期間中も成果に応じて支給(社内規定あり)

年収480万円 / 26歳 /エンジニア1年目/前職:ヘルプデスク
年収630万円 / 29歳 /エンジニア3年目/前職:Webエンジニア
