スケジュール調整
郵送物管理・各種手続き
- 経理サポート(未経験OK)
請求書の処理
支払データのチェック
経費精算の確認
簡単な数字管理(フォーマットあり)
事務未経験でも、テンプレート・マニュアルを用意しているので安心。
ゆくゆくは「総務の中心メンバー」として、業務改善や仕組みづくりにも挑戦できます
※スキルに応じて現場体験(セールスプロモーション)の可能性あり。
