【スキル及び知識】 1) 機械、電気、電子系の基礎知識があること 2) 顧客サービスの基本(挨拶、報告など)ができており、 顧客重視志向で行動できること 3) スピードある対応ができること 4) 新しい技術知識を積極的に取得する意欲があること 5) 基礎的な英語力があること■独り立ちまでの過程研修/OJTにて学んでいただきます。初めは1機種を集中して学び1~2か月の海外研修(中国、ドイツ、アメリカ、またはオンライン)に参加しCertificateを取得していただきます。担当製品を徐々に増やし、将来的にはマルチモダリティを目指していただきます。■サポート体制顧客からの電話はコールセンター(カスタマーケアセンター)で1次受けしております。※基本的に顧客から直接トラブルの電話を受けることはありません。また現場でトラブル解決に苦慮する場合、コールセンター(リモートサービスセンター)にて24時間相談可能です。■働き方担当エリアにて社用車を使い、ご自宅近くで会社が契約した駐車場から客先への直行直帰が基本となります。休日・夜間についてはローテーションでのスタンバイ体制をとっております。(スタンバイ手当支給有)また緊急対応時は「インターバル」(緊急対応後から次の出勤まで一定時間を空ける仕組み)を取り入れております。エンジニアに過度な負荷がかからず、無理なく長く働ける環境づくりに取り組んでいます。■キャリアパスモダリティリーダーやマネ―ジャーを目指せる他、ジョブポスティング制度を利用し、ご希望に応じた様々な職種に挑戦できます。コールセンタースタッフ、保守契約営業や据付エンジニア、アプリケーションスペシャリスト等への異動実績があります。
