**Job Summary:** Develop and drive business growth for workstation products and solutions in Japan, working with high-touch sales teams and partners to achieve sales budgets and business expansion.

**About the Role:**

• Develop and drive quarterly/yearly business for workstation products and solutions for Global Account Business (GAB) automotive customers, specifically Toyota, Honda, Nissan, and Mazda groups. • Align with high-touch sales teams and partners for strategic planning and execution to achieve sales budgets and business growth. • Manage pipelines and opportunities for workstation products and solutions for assigned GAB automotive customers.

**Key Interactions:**

• High-touch sales teams for GAB automotive customers, partners, and product marketing teams.

**Business Travel:**

• 1-2 times a week for assigned accounts Japan nationwide.

**Career Path:**

• WS Automotive Business Development Manager role can lead to various possibilities, including management roles such as Sales GM/Product/Project Manager and others, in the future.

**Requirements:**

• 5 years or more of account sales, solution sales, or business development experience in PC or/and enterprise products such as server / workstation / storage systems. • Ability to contribute to business promotion and expansion of products with collaboration with internal and external stakeholders with competitive differentiation & out of box solution. • Business English capability is required. • Native Japanese language proficiency.
