大手通信会社でのドコモサービスに関する受信業務
- ドコモの各種サービスや手続きに関する問合せ受付
- 研修充実で未経験からでも安心スタート
大阪市北区の「堂島アバンザ」内にあるドコモインフォメーションセンターにて、各種問合せに対応するお仕事です。
料金プラン、支払方法、住所変更、サービスの申し込みなど、幅広い内容をお電話で対応していただきます。
未経験から始めたスタッフも多数在籍しており、研修体制も万全なので安心してスタートできます
丁寧な研修ありスキル習得後は在宅勤務もOK
- PC基本操作ができればOK
- 在宅勤務はスキルに応じて週1~2日可能
1月13日からの導入研修は約1.5ヶ月間あり(2/27まで)、その間は土日祝休み&固定シフト。
その後はシフト勤務に切り替わり、スキルに応じて週1~2日の在宅勤務も調整可能です。
問い合わせ内容にはマニュアルやサポート体制が整っているので、未経験の方でも着実に知識を身につけられます
完全週休2日制シフト制でもしっかり休める

勤務は週5日シフト制で、完全週休2日制を採用。
研修中(1/13~2/27)は土日祝休みで予定も立てやすく、その後も無理のない働き方が可能です。
勤務時間は2シフト制で残業も月10時間以下と少なめ。
自分のペースでしっかり働きながら、在宅勤務にもチャレンジできます
資格
未経験歓迎
PC基本操作(文字入力・マウス操作)ができる方
研修制度が整っているため、事務・接客など他職種からのチャレンジも歓迎です
