<職務内容>
①所属組織の担当開発領域、業務概要とR&D内における役割、ポジション
車両のドア機構部品のメカおよびメカトロ技術の知見と、通信やアプリを含めた電動・自動開閉システムの先行開発(メカトロ開発)を担っており、システム構想や仕様検討、プロジェクト推進・管理を担当しています。センシング技術やスイッチによりECUやモーター、アクチュエータを制御し、自動開閉を行うシステム構成となります。
②具体的な担当業務内容と、自部署内外で期待される役割、ポジション
【1】車両ドアの電動・自動開閉システムの先行技術開発
5年先を見据え、1システム2~3名体制で、開きものにかかわる法規/安全要件/性能要件を理解しながら、遠隔操作で各開きものを制御するシステム構成、UI、操作方法、操作ロジックなどを検討の上、仕様決定を行います。その後、ECUやモーター、アクチュエータなど関連部品の仕様割り付けを行い、多岐にわたる関係者(ステークホルダー)の要件、要望を考慮しながら、全体最適となる提案を作成、製品評価含め、実用化の道筋をつけます。
【2】ドア機構部品のメカ機構・技術開発職
お客様が直接触れる開きものの操作部品、技術、性能要件を理解しながら、設計仕様を決定していく仕事です。多岐にわたる関係者(ステークホルダー)の要件、要望を考慮しながら、提案を作成、実用化の道筋をつけます。
