私たちは、ファッション・アウトドア・インテリアなど、日常にワクワクを届けるライフスタイルブランドを複数展開しています。国内外のECモールや自社サイトを中心にファンを増やし続けており、さらなる成長に向けて企画・バイイング体制の強化を進めています。

今回募集するのは、自社ブランドの中核となる商品企画・仕入れ・MD業務を担っていただくポジション。

トレンドを捉えながら「こんなアイテムが欲しい」「今この価格帯が刺さる」など、あなたのセンスや経験を存分に活かして、"売れる商品"をカタチにしていく仕事です。

【仕事内容】

■商品企画・開発

・レディース/メンズアパレルのコンセプト設計・ターゲット設定・MD構成の企画立案

・市場・競合・トレンド分析をもとに商品開発

・カラー・素材・仕様の選定、スタイリング提案

・サンプル依頼〜チェック・修正対応、仕様書の作成

■ バイイング・仕入れ

・オンラインを中心としたサプライヤーリサーチと選定、新商品の選定と数量決定

・品質管理・納期調整・不良対応などの供給体制の整備

・売上・販売データをもとにした仕入れ戦略の立案・改善

■ プロモーション・販促企画

・シーズンテーマに沿ったプロモーション・販促企画の立案

・売れ筋を把握し、迅速な商品補充・在庫調整

・SNSチームとの連携により、商品の魅力を最大化するコンテンツを企画

・モール(例:ZOZOTOWN)での販売戦略・VMD提案

・新ブランドの立ち上げ

勤務時間・曜日:

(時差出勤制度)

始業時刻:8:00 ~ 10:00 の間

終業時刻:始業時刻から9時間後(休憩1時間を含む)※実働8時間

・年間休日125日以上、完全週休2日制(土日祝休)

・土日祝日、夏季、年末年始、有給、慶弔。長期休暇の取得も可能

・ボナース年2回以上
