仕事内容:

東京都葛飾区にあるグループホーム青戸で、少人数の入居者さんに寄り添った夜間介護をお任せします。夜勤専従のため、ライフスタイルに合わせた働き方が実現でき、同じ入居者さんたちの日々の小さな変化を丁寧に感じ取ることができるのが特徴です。

お任せするのは、夕食・夜食のサポート、夜間の排泄介助やおむつ交換、見回りやコール対応、就寝・起床時のモーニングケア、朝食準備、服薬介助など、入居者さんの生活全般をサポートする業務です。記録業務や職員間の引き継ぎも大切な役割。看護師と24時間連絡可能な体制が整っているため、医療面での不安も解消でき、安心して業務に集中できます。

法人全体で600名を超える介護職員が活躍しており、東京都6区・埼玉県2市に50以上の事業所があります。グループ内での異動により、様々な現場を経験しながらスキルアップできる環境が整えられており、キャリア形成の選択肢が広がります。

①【出産のとき】

出産見舞金が受けられ、元気に子育てが出来ます

グループ内での医療機関を受診したときに支給されます(※共済会制度で給付を認めた院所に限ります)

③【産前産後休暇・病気や怪我で休んだとき】

傷病見舞金が受けられ、安心して療養出来ます

※社会保険とあわせ平均給与の約96.6%が保障されます。

④【病気や怪我で入院したとき】

傷病で医療機関に入院したときの医療費(健保本人一部負担金)が『入院見舞金』として90%支給されます。

⑤【退職されるとき】

退職者慰労会の会員が、所定の条件を満たして退職する場合、『退職一時金』または『退職者慰労金』が受給できます。

⑥【ご不幸にあわれたとき】

指定職員本人、またはご家族に不幸があった場合、状況により2万円〜最大250万円の給付があります。
